Behavior/Life and Happiness Coaching Disclaimer 

1. Non-Medical Practice

Coaching services provided do not include diagnosing, treating, or preventing any mental health or medical conditions. Coaching is intended for personal growth and behavior change support, not as a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own decisions, actions, and the outcomes resulting from my participation in coaching sessions. The coach serves as a facilitator of personal and behavioral growth but does not make decisions on my behalf or assume responsibility for my choices.

3. Confidentiality Limitations

I understand that information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential. However, I acknowledge that there are certain circumstances in which the coach may be legally or ethically required to disclose information, including but not limited to:

• If there is an imminent risk of harm to myself or others.

• If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.

• If disclosure is required by law or court order.

4. No Guarantees of Results

I recognize that coaching is a collaborative process and that success depends on my commitment and effort. I acknowledge that my coach does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from coaching sessions.

5. Refund Policy

*I offer a full refund for 1 hour of Life (Happiness and Spiritual  included) Coaching and up to 2 hours for Behavior Coaching. There isn't an adult or child I haven't been able to help - whose life wasn't altered dramatically for the better so I stand by this policy. I have also changed the lives of those who interact with my clients in all possible environments, including  loved ones.  Please reach out for rates and yes they're affordable.
